I just sent you a question about eliminating jasmine and forgot to mention it is Asian jasmine.

ANSWER:

No problem. When someone says "Asian Jasmine," or even "Confederate Jasmine," we just figure it's non-native. Mr. Smarty Plants will try to help you, congratulations on switching to native plants.
