Here are some perennial plants native to the mountains of Southern California suitable for landscaping your cabin. On the species page be sure to check the GROWING CONDITIONS to be sure that they are suitable to your site.
Aquilegia formosa (western columbine)
Balsamorhiza sagittata (arrowleaf balsamroot)
Castilleja linariifolia (Wyoming Indian paintbrush)
Collomia grandiflora (grand collomia)
