Habitat: Common. Alluvial, alkaline soil. Partial sun.

Description: Erect to sprawling perennial, tuberous rooted. 1-1.5 mm dia, much branched. Leaves more than 5 times as long as wide. Sheaths about 18 mm long. Spathes closed on adaxial side, 18 mm long.
