Habitat: Damp, shaded, alkaline soil. Among Poaceae, Stellaria & Calyptocarpus.
Description: Ascending, much branched annual, to 16 cm long/tall. Stems pilose, brown. Leaves; petioled, lower opposite, upper scattered to alternate; deltoid, coarsely dentate. Sepals-4, 5-6 mm long. Corolla tubular, 4-lobed (rounded), blue-violet w/darker lines on lobes, 8-10 mm wide, flaring broadly.
