Abstract
Describes the effects of a cactus-eating moth, Cactoblastis cactorum, on a rare south Florida cactus (Consolea corallicola). Consolea corallicola individuals that were close to Opuntia stricta suffered attacks from Cactoblastis cactorum as the moth spilled over from O. stricta to C. corallicola. Cactoblastis cactorum is predicted to further spread throughout the United States and Mexico.Suggested Citation
