Abstract
Researches the effects of irrigation (recycling subirrigation versus intermittent mist), temperature, auxin concentration on the rooting of Ilex glabra cuttings in the greenhouse. Increasing auxin increased rooting but the results depended on the irrigation treatment. Ilex glabra cuttings can be rooted successfully in a recycling subirrigation system but the moisture content of the rooting medium may have to be modified compared to the intermittent mist system.Suggested Citation
