Abstract
Determines the tolerance of transplanted Coreopsis lanceolata and Echinacea purpurea to the herbicide metolachlor. Metolachlor applied at the maximum use rate and twice the maximum use rate did not reduce the wildflower stand or flowering, although plants did display visible injury. Metolachlor controlled the weed yellow nutsedge (Cyperus esculents) by at least 89 percent.Suggested Citation
