Abstract
Investigates the effects of fire on reproduction and seed bank dynamics of Bonamia grandiflora in central Florida. Bonamia grandiflora seeds were found to be long-lived and to accumulate in the soil. Burning increased stem density and seed production but led to mortality of seeds in the seed bank, leading to similar seed bank densities in burned and unburned sites.Suggested Citation
