Description: “Comancheria” or “land of the Comanches” was the term used by early Texas pioneers when referring to the limestone hill country west of Austin. An area inhabited by the Native American Comanche nation. At Comancheria, our goal is to celebrate and restore the natural beauty of this distinctive region by bringing native Texas plants into our home gardens.
